By using helixpainting.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover your use of this website. The separate written contract you sign for a painting project governs that work, and if anything here conflicts with your signed contract, the contract wins.

This website describes the painting services Helix Painting offers across the Denver metro area and lets you request a free estimate, contact our team, nominate a community space, or apply for a job.

Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work at a stated price. Booking a project requires a written estimate from us and your acceptance of it.

We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but content may occasionally be out of date or contain errors. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Submitting a form on this site is a request for an estimate. It does not create a contract and does not reserve a place on our schedule.

Written estimates we provide are valid for 90 days from the date we issue them. Our No-Surprise Guarantee means the price on your accepted estimate is the price you pay for the scope described in it.

Work outside that agreed scope (additional rooms, damage found once surfaces are opened up, or changes you request mid-project) is quoted and approved separately before we carry it out.

Any pricing shown on this site is indicative only. Your actual price depends on the size, condition and specifics of your project.

When you upload photos or send us project details, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights.

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us permission to use it internally to prepare your estimate, plan and carry out your project, and keep records of the work.

We will not publish photos of your home in our gallery, on social media or in marketing without your permission. If you would like us to feature your project, we will ask you first.

Do not send us payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal identifiers through this website.

The text, photography, graphics, logos and layout on this site belong to Helix Painting or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our services.

You may not copy, republish, sell or use our content or the Helix Painting name and logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any connected system
• Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the site's normal operation
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details from the site
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization

We may restrict or block access to anyone who breaches these terms.

This site uses third-party services for scheduling, forms, chat, mapping and analytics. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Where we link to another website (a nonprofit partner, a certification body, or a review platform) we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

This section is about the website only. It does not affect the workmanship warranty on painting work we carry out for you, which is set out in your project paperwork: a 1-year interior warranty, and a 6, 9 or 10-year exterior warranty depending on the system used.

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Helix Painting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits our obligations under a signed contract for painting work.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helix Painting, its owners and employees from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights through material you submit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
